Educator of Excellence Award

Nominations are open for the 2016 Educator of Excellence Award! If you would like to honor an educator or administrator who exemplifies the true meaning of “excellence” with their dedication and devotion to students, now is the time to submit your nomination. The person chosen will be recognized at the March 14th IHS Alumni Association meeting to be held on March 14th from 11:30 to 1:00 in the Family & Consumer Sciences Room at the high school. Please note that all nominees must be working, or have worked for the Independence Local Schools for at least five years and must be available to attend the March 14th meeting. The deadline for nominations is February 22.

Make a note to attend this special luncheon meeting on March 14th. Reservations will be accepted between March 1st and March 9th. A light lunch will be served with a $1.00 donation suggested to help cover costs.
